RESTORATIONS

Here is one of our projects. It's a 1949 45CI Harley.  It was brought to us from a customer in St. Louis. The condition of the bike is fair but has been sitting for approximately ten years.  What we are going to do for him is tear it down and start over from the ground up.

 

This is how the bike came to us. A little rough and rusty. The customer wants to maintain the paint job that is on the bike.

The motor and trans after removal. Both will be rebuilt

Both wheel rims were powercoated and new stainless steel spokes were installed. Now he doesn't have to worry about rust

The frame and forks have been stripped and powdercoated. The fork will be assembled as soon as some parts come in. The motor and trans is rebuilt and ready to be set in.

Here you see the motor, trans and inner primary installed. the front end is complete and waiting for the fender and front wheel.
